How to check Confirmed Receipts Count & Amount in CFMS 2023

 This Report gives information of Confirmed Receipts Count & Amount, To be Confirmed Receipts Count & Amount and Total Receipts Count & Amount. On click of hyperlink present in this report it opens “Challan Details” report, and “Challan Status”. On Click on Login in https://cfms.ap.gov.in/ will get the below screen.

Enter the User Id and Password and click on Log On. Will get the below screen.

On Click on DDO Reports, Will get the below screen.

Click on Challan Summary Report (highlighted in red box), Will get the below screen. 

Enter From Date, To Date (highlighted in black box), and hit search (highlighted with green arrow) in the above screen.

After entering From Date, To Date (highlighted in red box), and hit search (highlighted with green arrow). Then will get the below screen. We can see the Challan Creation Date, Head of Account, DDO Code, DDO Description, Confirmed Receipts Count & Amount, To be Confirmed Receipts Count & Amount, and Total Receipts Count & Amount. We also have option for Sorting Challan Creation date either by ascending or Descending and also filter for HOA.

On Horizontal scroll, we can see the Remaining fields.

At the bottom we can see Total Confirmed Challans, Confirmed Amount, To be Confirmed Challans, To be Confirmed Amount, Total Challans, and Total Amount (highlighted in red box). Click On any number (Challan) in cyan color (highlighted in green box), We will get the next screen.

In the above screen we can see the Details of RBI Date(can sort either by ascending or descending), HOA, STO/PAO Code, DDO Code, Challan Number, RBI confirmed amount, Challan Status and total RBI Confirmed Amount at the bottom (highlighted in red box). Click on any Challan number (highlighted in black box). Will get the below screen.

In the 1st page, and 2nd page of the report we can see the option of pdf Download. 

On click of it, the report will be downloaded.
